Account Management

We will appoint a designated Corporate Travel Manager to serve as your primary point of contact. Their strategic responsibilities will include:

  • delivering proactive and effective customer service solutions that aim to improve strategic program offerings by aligning them with objectives
  • achieving results by using quality planning, analysis and decision making
  • taking initiative to identify potential problems and determine the best solution
  • building effective long term relationships with relevant client stakeholders to achieve customer excellence

The Account Managers will also provide access to our Travel Excellence Team. The team is made up from a cadre of highly experienced travel managers who can work with the client to review and audit the operation of the client’s Travel Policy.
